RETURN POLICY
You are eligible for a refund if your order surpasses the 15 working days processing period
designated for peak times and has not yet been shipped. However, such delays are rare as we
strive to expedite the packaging and shipping process. Returns are only accepted in the event of an
error on our part, such as receiving the wrong order. To qualify for a return, the package must be
returned in its original condition without any tampering. Failure to meet these conditions will result
in the rejection of the return. You may opt to exchange the item for your original order or receive a
full refund to your original payment method.
