Our hair is 100% raw hair that undergoes minimal processing to achieve specific curl/wave patterns. You have the freedom to color or bleach the hair to your preference.

The number of bundles needed depends on your personal preference, but here's our recommendation:

• 16-26 inches: 3 Bundles
• 28-34 inches: 4 Bundles
• 36-50 inches: 5 Bundles for maximum fullness For creating a long ponytail, we suggest using 3-4 bundles for optimal fullness.

With proper care and maintenance, our hair is designed to last through multiple installations. Typically, our customers enjoy their hair for 3-5 years or even longer.

DAILY HAIR MAINTENANCE

• Wash the hair gently once a week with a moisturizing sulfate-free shampoo, using downward motions with your palms. Avoid scrubbing or bunching the hair.
• Deep condition the hair thoroughly and rinse with cold water.
• Whenever possible, allow the hair to air dry to maintain its natural texture. If using a blow dryer, use a cool setting.
• For curly or deep wavy textures, braid the hair or use flexi-rods before bedtime.
• Keep curls/waves moisturized by using a leave-in conditioner/water mix or curling cream.
• Use a weave brush to comb through the hair in the mornings and evenings.
• Apply a small amount of hair oil as needed.
• Protect your hair by wrapping it nightly with a silk scarf or bonnet to lock in moisture and prevent shedding/tangling.

You have a 24-hour window after purchase to cancel your order. Due to our quick processing for prompt delivery, orders cannot be modified or changed once payment is completed. No exceptions.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATE?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will typically become available within 24-48 hours once the label is created. Your tracking number will be sent to your email inbox. Please remember to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
